Ultimately, LDP aims to develop our members at their own pace, for them to achieve the best that they can be in their undergraduate years. To that end, many of our workshops are designed by seniors for juniors, to train them in professional skills such as report and proposal writing, public speaking, as well as brushing up their resumes and LinkedIn profiles. Examples include the mentor-mentee programme, where each new member for this academic year is tied to 2 seniors for guidance and personalised development.

We are not all work and no play too! Bonding events have been organised for current members to interact and enjoy a meal together. BBQ sessions between current and graduated members occur annually too, providing current members a chance to interact with and network with graduated members who are now in the workforce.
